We genuinely care that over half the adult community in Western Australia don’t have Wills and Enduring Powers. We want to fix that by putting in place great quality Estate Planning documents at an affordable price and to make the experience an easy and understandable one. We do some other great legal stuff too!

Joel Starke - Legal Practice Director

Joel was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2016. He has spent much of his career focussing on Estate Planning. He is only months away from competing a Master of Laws to cement his knowledge in this area. Joel is passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for clients. As legal practice director Joel ensures all of our clients receive accurate and current advice to implement their Estate Planning goals. If you have a legal question he is always happy to discuss it with you.

Peter Jones - Director, Paralegal

Peter has had a long business career firstly running Indoor Sports centres and then almost 25 years as a Certified Financial Planner, much of it self-employed. Having sold that business, he and business partner Rohan embarked on a new venture buying Willcraft Estate Planning in 2017. He’d referred clients to them for 5 years and knew what a great service the business offered, so he bought the company.

Peter loves all kinds of sport so if you’ve got a few hours to spare just get him talking about the West Coast Eagles.

 

Rohan Howard - Director, Paralegal

Rohan worked in Financial Planning for 30 years (much of it as a self-employed Certified Financial Planner) before embarking on a change and buying Willcraft with his business partner Peter in 2017. He knows that clients need help and encouragement in getting their Wills done and the company has a great service to make that happen.

Rohan doesn’t know much at all about sport, but he does love walking his crazy dog at the beach and enjoys red wine, usually separately. We discourage him from doing either thing whilst he’s at work.

Lisa Blanden - Customer Service Guru

Lisa is one of our hard-working administrators who prepare client files, arrange client appointments, answer phone queries, witness documents and generally keep the business running to the satisfaction of their demanding bosses. She’s a stickler for getting things right, so clients are in good hands when dealing with Lisa.

​

Lisa likes to travel and has lived in lots of places around the country. She’s from Mildura and so can probably tell you a lot about the wonderful Murray River.

 

Rekesia Davis - Customer Service Guru

Rekesia has experience with law firms in Darwin, Townsville and Perth. She partners with Lisa to ensure the clients are well looked after, and our constantly refining processes work properly. Her outgoing personality allows her to readily communicate with all of our clients.

Being a Northern Territorian,  Rekesia likes to be active by training in the gym and going on hikes, but also have some down time watching movies with her family.
